AZARD LITE

The BlueWater AZARD (Arizona Lanyard) is a manufactured anchoring strap that when basket hitched on a single anchor provides a reliable attachment without tri-loading a carabiner or rope attached to it. It relies on a double action auto-locking carabiner on one end that is clipped back into a 40 kN ring on the opposite end (basket hitch) which can then be loaded at any angle. 

The AZARD is well suited for suited for emergency response rope rescue agencies for its quick anchoring ability in industrial settings. It is also well suited for industrial tower lead climbing situations where the rescuer lead climbs the structure using the AZARD as intermediate anchor points on the climb to establish a safety line for following personnel. The AZARD Technora rope (10mm E-Safe) is extremely abrasion resistant in these environments and offers worry-free anchoring in most situations. The final anchor attachment AZARD is rated at over 40 kN when basket hitched as directed in the instructions. This makes it formidable in all situations for fire agencies and industrial rope rescue teams.
